This pizza and sandwich joint is certainly one for the ages. With its casual atmosphere and friendly feel, Everything But Anchovies (EBA’s) fits the bill not only as a typical college eatery, but also as a staple of Hanover.

EBA’s is a true family affair with owner David Bogosian’s son frequently working behind the front counter. Chef Roland Swasey, who has “worked his whole life” at EBA’s, says that while everything on the menu is a must-try, he personally recommends the “Swasey Experience” –

Alfredo sauce pizza with Caesar chicken. Aside from the signature pizzas, student favorites include southern style chicken tenders, buffalo chicken tenders, and EBA’s famous Brew City fries. Kids can eat free with an adult at the Tuesday pizza buffet and everyone should be sure to check out the classic weekend brunches. Menu items range from 99 cents to $19.99 for the family special: Caesar Salad Pizza and drinks. Don’t leave without a fresh EBA chocolate chip cookie or some Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. Soft drinks and beers are available on tap; and those of age will enjoy EBA’s specialty: YellowTail Southeastern Australian wine.

Patrons can take advantage of various indoor and outdoor seating options when the weather permits and free delivery is available throughout the Upper Valley. EBA’s also offers catering, a private room for parties, and free WiFi.

Reasonable prices, expansive hours, and delicious food make EBA’s an easy choice.
